Paytm Launches ‘Inbox’ for Messaging, Image Sharing & Location Sharing
How to Do Image/Video Sharing through PayTm
In Apple gadgets, the new communication app is to be set on the base bar. This works like some other messaging app as we can tap into the Inbox and begin chatting with others. Paytm uses connected mobile number, if you press the new message button, it shows to you the mobile numbers of all of your friends who use the PayTm App.
One disappointing UI component is that the message box is only a single line. This implies in the event that you write a somewhat long content of more than five or six words, you can’t perceive what you were stating toward the start of the sentence, making it harder to edit your message before sending it. Clients will also observe symbols for camera, gallery, send and receive money and a location symbol.
The organization in an announcement said that the messaging platform is encrypted end-to-end, and clients can start private chats and make group chats. They can also send images and videos in a split second, share live location, capture and share moments with the inbuilt camera. There is also an element enabling clients to review their messages using ‘delete for All’ Option.
PayTm Vs Whatsapp
PayTm has introduced almost similar utilities like Whatsapp. Regarding this, the PayTm founder Vijay Shekhar has said that PayTm is going to launch the special features and it is not to compete with Whatsapp. Whatsapp is already a popular chatting app used by millions of people across the Globe. In India, there are 200 million users for Whatsapp. Whatsapp is also planning to launch the digital payments using the UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
Whatsapp is the popular communication app used for chatting, while the app is going to introduce the same kind of functionality as PayTm wallet. The process is yet to begin.
